funded placement schemes

Our funded placement scheme gives you access to the most talented students and graduates in North East England – cutting the cost and risk of taking on a new employee.

Under the scheme, which is open to all Codeworks Connect members, you can take on a student or recent graduate for anywhere between 10 weeks and 12 months.

All you have to do is decide what role you need filling and get in touch. We'll advertise the job for you and contribute 50% towards the person's £12,000 (pro rata) salary*.

In past years the scheme has been a huge success – around 85% of the companies taking part offered a job to their placement student or graduate.
