Levels of service available

Level one:

• Processing transactions (invoices, receipts & payments)
• Preparation of quarterly vat returns
• Reconciliation of bank accounts

Level two (in addition to level one):

• Monthly management accounts
• Monthly management report identifying any key financial issues

Level three (in addition to levels one and two):

• Monthly meeting (up to two hours) with business owners/directors to review performance against budget

A free, no obligation quotation can be provided in all cases and will be necessary for larger organisations. The level of service provided, and the associated fee level will be reviewed after three months to ensure that they are appropriate.
