The successful candidate will possess a minimum of five years commercial experience, preferably within an agency setting.  As well as a thorough knowledge of ASP.NET, C# and SQL server technology, the successful candidate will also have a solid working knowledge of CSS and W3C accessibility standards.  As a senior position, experience in other web technologies is a distinct advantage.

Principle responsibilities

1. To present a professional and consultative approach
2. To travel and present to companies and individuals if required
3. To develop bespoke online solutions
4. To maintain databases and other stored data;  ensuring that the Company’s and Clients’ systems are maintained as up-to-date
5. To disseminate, organise and diary work to your project team
6. To quote accurately on prospect work
7. To ensure the highest standards of service are maintained in line with the company’s mission statement 
8. Reporting back to Digital Director on a regular basis in the prescribed format
9. All other ad hoc duties required of you

Knowledge and skills required

Education: Preferably a graduate with excellent standards in Maths and English
Development: ASP.NET, C#, XHTML, CSS, SQL
Other skills: Communication skills, Project management skills, PC skills (MS Office)
Problem solving: Organised and able to prioritise workload for yourself and others, commercial experience, and able to deal with non-routine requests.
Interpersonal skills: Organisation, diplomacy, hard work, good sense of humour, excellent team spirit, empathy and listening skills.
