We are looking for a Software Developer to expand our existing Programming Team. The successful candidate will be involved in the development of Core Software in our Kingfisher ERP System. Kingfisher ERP encompasses all the functions of a modern business including Sales, Procurement, Stores Management, Material Availability Planning, Asset Management, Production Planning and Scheduling, Financials, Payroll, HR, Relationship Management, Service Management, and Quality Assurance. You will be expected to demonstrate an understanding of the principles involved in a modern ERP system.

The primary development language is KCML and while direct knowledge of this language in not needed you will be expected to demonstrate a proficiency in modern software development techniques including Database Design, and Web Technologies such as ASP.NET, HTML, and CSS.

Datawright have ongoing R&D Projects as well as Customer Support and Projects. You will be expected to develop software in line with either a General Specification of Requirement or a Detailed Coding Specification. On occasion, you will get involved with direct discussions with the Customer concerning detailed requirements and solving business issues, configuring and adapting the package, generating business documents and reports, and resolving business problems or software faults.

You must be willing and flexible and be comfortable learning new technologies. Team working skills and communication skills are essential.
