| Description: | Web Developer Your skills in client-side development will be strong: XHTML/CSS, Flash/ActionScript, JavaScript/jQuery, good knowledge of W3C/DDA coding and SEO best practice. Server-side knowledge using asp.Net (C#) is desirable, but not essential. We're looking for a good team player with 3+ years commercial experience, good time management, an eye for detail, an obsession with standards compliance and an overall enthusiasm for all things web. We're expanding our development team and this position will play a key role, helping shape the overall team and developing our core skill base. Our work is extremely varied, working for both direct clients and as sub-contractors for some major UK agencies; you'll have exposure to and work on some very cool and prestigious projects covering brochure sites, CMS, e-commerce, viral games and e-marketing. We're looking for someone who can bring ideas and help shape our company as we grow. We'll invest in your own personal development and give you exposure to some great projects.
